Techno Optics respects intellectual property rights and expects our users and partners to do the same. If you believe content reachable from this site infringes a copyright you hold, follow the procedure below.
How to send a take-down notice
Send a written notice via our contact form (select Other as the engagement type) or by post to our registered agent. The notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (a URL is best).
- Your contact information: address, phone number, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant, and may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless a court action is filed.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts and engagements of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Designated agent
Our designated DMCA agent contact is published through our contact form. Replace this with the full registered-agent address once recorded with the U.S. Copyright Office.
